NOTE
We use neutral ink in the nozzle tests. in the actual use, users may find the changes in the size of the ink because of the different ink jet. In this kind of case, the nozzle must make some minor adjustments. Please note the below pictures to find how to adjust plans.
1, first, use Cross screwdriver release the corresponding point in Mexican fixed screws. Figure ?
2, then, use screwdriver release the corresponding screws fixed in the earlier, anti-clockwise regulation at 15-degree angle, to check the changes in the ink. If it becomes smaller, you can use the screwdriver clockwise regulation. Otherwise, if the ink size becomes bigger, you should continue to anti-clockwise on the point of regulation. Figure ?
3, after the end of regulation, tighten screw fixation by cross screwdriver, Figure ?
Note: not to make too big action in the process of regulating.
THE PICS AND NOTES FOR CLEANING DEVICES
Please read the brochures carefully about the relevant pipeline connection when install cleaning devices
(Figure 1) the mode of electromagnetic valve and ink when cleaning nozzle
When you wash the nozzle, hold down the button which was marked Cleaner Head, at this time, the two electromagnetic valves on the cleaning devices will open at the same time, the cleaning fluid will go through the three-way valve into the nozzle, head in the ink washed through the two-valve recover and put back to the bottle, then complete the entire head of the nozzle and ink road cleaning.
Note: In order to savings cleaning fluid and achieving cleaning purposes effectively, when you hold down the Cleaner Head, try to holds it down as long time as you can. Only to let it go when you see the two-valve tubes becomes to white or ink becomes light in color.

When it need to fill ink for the nozzle, hold down the INK INPUT key, the two-valve will open at this time, the ink in the ink bottle will push the air or cleaning fluid in the original pipeline back to recycling bottle through the two pipe valve, to complete the Filling of ink for nozzle. Note: please try to clean air exclusion as possible ad you can when filling the ink for the nozzle.
